Company was established in 1990 as SP Engineering . Initially, Started its activities as a job conversion unit of Engineering Components for Air Compressors, mainly for Ingersoll (Dresser)- Rand India Ltd (common entity) a pioneer in Air/Gas Compressors. Subsequently in the year 2005 conventional machineries has been upgraded with CNC machineries. In 2008 added Hydro test facility and spray painting facility to provide value added services to support & implement lean mfg. process at customer end. In the year 2014 S.P.Engineering has been unified as Divyaksh Engitech Pvt. Ltd, adding up assembly unit & Design Services for our valued customers. Currently we have applied for ISO 9001-2008 certification for our facility.

Right from the date of incorporation we have been doing various critical components with 'Zero' defect policy and our motto is to deliver the goods & services in time. we have created a niche as a very, very reliable and reputed Engineering Unit for any type of Engineering Solutions and enjoy absolute confidence from a wide network of business associates.
